Russians, poison and attractive female FBI agents hearkens back to a classic James Bond type story line:

Chance helps AARON RESNICK, an investigative journalist, find an American spy named Raven whom Aaron's brother, DANNY RESNICK, was tracking until his recent death from a unique poison. With a poisoned Aaron fighting for his life, Chance infiltrates the Russian embassy, where Raven is supposed to make his information exchange. Chance is hindered by the fact that he's also been exposed to the poison, but he's helped--sort of--by a beautiful, feisty FBI agent named EMMA BARNES...
